Publications in Chinese, available on CNKI.com, were reviewed. We utilized the following keywords for retrieval: loyalty, behavioral intention, recommendation intention, word-of-mouth influence, intentions to revisit, desire to return, proclivity to recommend, and similar associated terminology. Conceptual and empirical studies, published between January 1989 and September 2021, were the subject of data collection.
